Forgive the crude imagery. These were just taken as a recap for people who attended the kettlebell workshop and for those who didn’t to give them an idea of what we went through. CLICK ON THE IMAGES BELOW TO SEE CLEARER RESOLUTION The first Image below shows the different parts of the kettlebell, the different types, sizes and weights recommended for people starting out in kettlebell training. It also the benefits of using Kettlebells over other forms of training. The next image shows what a good technique should look like. Remember always lead back with the hips first and don’t drop the knees. It also shows what are some of the basic exercises you should begin with. The next section looks at variations of the basic exercises you would learn in the previous image. This is all about progressing training and techniques. The last section we looked at was program design and how to build example programmes. The key here is to decide on what your goal is (like any programme really) Routines are one of the best ways to get into Kettlebell programming. I hope the images above make sense to you. You can find more videos on youtube on the different exercise techniques and programming patterns. If you need anymore help please do ask and don’t find yourself getting injured because you didn’t know where to turn.
