Exercises to lose weight | 299 Workouts
Today we look at how to speed up your weight loss results with high intensity finishers. We are using a 299 method. How this is works is relatively straight forward. You complete 2 rounds of 2 exercises with 9 reps of each exercise back to back without rest.
For example: take push ups and crunches. You complete 9 push ups followed by 9 crunches and then repeat straight away with no break – this is one block. After these 2 rounds take 30 seconds break and repeat the whole lot until you have done 5 full blocks of these. Paul is going to show you today’s 299 workout below.
