Fancy getting fit? Then signing up for this year’s Clare Halloween Fitness Challenge comes in the ‘highly recommended’ section of Things To Do This Month.

First, a little bit about the challenge itself…

Our 8 exercise circuit means your strength, power and co-ordination will be tested in an all-round challenge.

Second, you’ve got a choice of options to enter… enter as a solo participant or as a 4-person team.

There are some fantastic prizes on offer sponsored by great local businesses, and now’s the time to sign up.

Still don’t think you’ll win? Where’s your fire?? This is about YOU and YOUR fitness, haven’t you heard the saying “There is no challenge more challenging than the challenge to improve yourself”.

Not an Ozone Gym member? That’s not a problem – get your free 7-day pass here, there’s no room for excuses.

If you want to bag a good spot on the leaderboard you’d better get training on the competition’s eight moves, which must be performed back to back.

– Applicants must be 16 years or over.
